Download the Adobe PDF Preset for Signature Printing

Downloading this file will give you the presets needed to create printable .pdf files from your InDesign CS software.
 

You will only need to load this file once in InDesign in order to have it available every time you need to make a pdf to send to our prepress department.

  • download the "SigInDesignPDF.zip" (see button below)
  • navigate to the file and double click it to extract the “SigInDesignPDF.joboptions” file needed for InDesign
  • start the application InDesign, but, have NO documents open.
  • go to File > Adobe PDF Presents > Define
  • click on Load
  • browse to the file you downloaded, called “SigInDesign.joboptions”
  • click Open and then close the window

When you open your layout document in InDesign

  • When you’re ready to make a PDF go to File > Export.
  • In the Export dialog box name your file and choose PDF for the format
  • click SAVE.
  • In the Export Adobe PDF dialog box choose “SigInDesignPDF” for the Adobe PDF Preset
  • finally, click Export.
